1. Foetal remains shall be kept in a decomposable container (if any). 2. The maximum size of the container is 110mm (width) x 230mm (length) x 110mm (depth), the bottom of which is approximately 300mm below the adjoining ground. 3. The remains with the container shall be housed in a surface chamber with walls and a marble slab top to seal off possible leakage of odour. 4. No marker stone shall be erected for each chamber. 5. Standardized commemorative plaques shall be fixed to the naming walls for display of names of the foetal remains if so desired by the parents. C. Selected Sites for the Keeping of Foetal Remains Six sites at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery were proposed to FEHD for the keeping of foetal remains. See the location plan below. FEHD approved all of them except Site 4. They were not burial grounds but garden areas (two sites) and platforms that were formerly slopes and now reinstated (three sites).
